Legal Notice and Intended Use
All products sold on this site are strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or veterinary use, and must not be used as drugs, cosmetics, food additives, household chemicals, or any other inappropriate application.

Eligibility to Purchase
You must be at least 21 years of age, purchasing on behalf of a business or institution, and you agree that you will not use our products for personal, diagnostic, therapeutic, or human or animal consumption. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability
EVO LABS RESEARCH LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is proven to be defective upon arrival.

Delivery, Shipping Responsibility, and Insurance
Delivery is fulfilled by UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is handed off to UPS or USPS and marked as accepted by the carrier, shipment completion and delivery are the carrier’s responsibility. All parcels are insured either through Route Package Protection (if purchased) or through the carrier’s included or purchased insurance coverage. If a shipment is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend that the receiving party file the claim directly with Route or the carrier, as the recipient is responsible for receiving the goods.

Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including potential misuse, regulatory concerns, or supply limitations.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
